Partnerships
Helping trusted support reach people earlier.
NexaGen helps healthcare, primary care, charities, civil society organisations, funders, corporate partners and practical services connect support around people living with long-term conditions.
Our starting point is Parkinson’s and neurology.
Our wider focus is long-term condition support after diagnosis and between appointments.
The problem is fragmentation.
Support after diagnosis is often spread across clinical care, primary care, charities, local services, digital tools and family-led coordination.
People and families are left to join the dots themselves.
That creates confusion, pressure and missed opportunities for earlier support.
NexaGen helps turn scattered support into a clearer route around the person.
Primary care, charities and civil society
Primary care is often where people return when support feels unclear.
Charities provide trusted condition-specific support, but people are not always introduced to them early enough.
Civil society and community organisations provide practical help, connection and local support.
NexaGen helps these parts work together more clearly around the person.
As Parkinson’s changes, support must move earlier too.
Parkinson’s care and research are changing.
Earlier detection, better trial awareness and future treatment pathways will create new questions for people and families.
Progress in science must be matched by progress in support.
NexaGen helps connect people to trusted information, charities, primary care, community support and practical guidance around the moments that matter.
Corporate to Civil Society partnerships
Some of the biggest needs after diagnosis are practical rather than medical.
People may need rest, confidence, accessible breaks, work support, care partner support, local connection or help to keep doing the things that matter to them.
NexaGen develops Corporate to Civil Society partnerships that connect corporate capability, funding and customer reach with trusted charities and civil society partners.
This includes Care Needs Care Too, a campaign model to support unpaid carers, and Avia Breaks, a condition-aware breaks model focused on confidence, accessibility, rest and real-life needs.
Partnership without replacement
NexaGen does not replace the NHS.
It does not replace charities.
It does not replace primary care.
It does not take ownership away from trusted organisations.
It helps them connect around the person.
