We’re not replacing the system - we’re building the journey it forgot

After a diagnosis, life can quickly become a maze of appointments, advice, and information scattered across disconnected systems. NexaGen brings it all together - connecting everything and everyone that matters into one trusted place.

NexaGen is being built with - not just for - people living with Parkinson’s and the loved ones who support them.

One ecosystem. Every journey. Built around you.

NexaGen is being built on lived experience. We know that no two journeys are the same, and the challenges faced after a diagnosis can be confusing, isolating, and overwhelming. That’s why every feature of NexaGen is designed in response to real-life needs.

Our User Advisory Group (UAG) ensures that every decision, from the tools we build to the way information is presented, stays grounded in the experiences of people living with Parkinson’s and their supporters. By sharing your insights, feedback, and ideas, you help shape a system that works for you and those who support you.

Being part of this process means that the service reflects your priorities, your journey, and your challenges, creating a platform that isn’t just about technology — it’s about people, practical support, and real-life impact.

We’re beginning with Parkinson’s, co-developing features in partnership with people who live with it every day. Soon, we will extend to other neurological conditions, including MS. Each step helps us build a stronger, more inclusive model for long-term condition care.
